Achieve in 20 to 40 weeks

L.A.C.C.A.T. Services Limited will provide you with a named assessor who
will assess you in the workplace and provide time to plan how your award
will be achieved. The assessor will also support you to build a
portfolio of evidence.
At level 4 you need to achieve the 4 mandatory units and 4 other
optional units, which you will choose to reflect you work practice.
With the support of our experienced and qualified assessors and with
your commitment and cooperation a Health and Social Care level 4 can be
achieved in 20 to 4O weeks.
Your assessor will visit you at regular intervals, through agreed
appointments, in your workplace.
You must be working in the job role to achieve the qualification
