MANDATORY AND DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SESSIONS

L.A.C.C.A.T. Training Services Limited specialises in care training and through the extensive experience and qualifications of the staff in both care and training we are uniquely placed to provide specific and relevant information to meet the conditions that carers will be exposed to in a variety of care environments and with diverse service users. This has a direct bearing on the distinction of all of our courses which are particularly developed for carers.

Mandatory and developmental training sessions.

L.A.C.C.A.T. Training Services Limited can facilitate the mandatory training sessions required in the care industry. We have also developed an extensive selection of developmental training sessions. These training sessions can be facilitated in the workplace to meet the organisations needs in relation to day and time. These training sessions can also be facilitated seven days a week to meet the most appropriate time for the organisation. A certificate of attendance is issued for all training sessions.

L.A.C.C.A.T. Training Services Limited has a training programme that is widely disseminated, on a quarterly basis, throughout the care organisations within the North East region. We have a spacious training suite on our premises at Jarrow which is an excellent and well appointed facility for all training sessions, but, in particular the practical components of first aid and moving and handling of people. The L.A.C.C.A.T. Training Services Limited  programme allows managers to access and plan for mandatory training and further development training for staff. This training programme also allows managers to release staff in numbers as low as one at a time.
