CARE TRAINING

 

L.A.C.C.A.T. trains from experience.

The trainers employed by L.A.C.C.A.T. have extensive practical experience within the care industry from acute care, management, mental ill health, learning disabilities, home care, physical disabilities, working with young people, child care and care of the elderly. This diverse experience of the care industry, within the training team, provides L.A.C.C.A.T. Services Limited with the unique ability to meet a wide range of training needs for organisations, managers and individuals.

 

L.A.C.C.A.T trains with qualified people.

To secure the quality of delivery and content of training courses the L.A.C.C.A.T Services Limited training team hold a variety of qualifications from Care Management, N. V. Qs in Health and Social Care as well as Registered Nurses. The team hold either the Certificate in Education, Further Education Teaching Diploma and/or appropriate Training Certificates for specialised subjects areas.

 

L.A.C.C.A.T. training facility.

A regular training programme of mandatory and development programmes are facilitated within the very spacious training suite at the L.A.C.C.A.T. premises in Jarrow. This facility allows managers to book mandatory and development courses for small numbers of staff. The programme for these courses are available on request, however, they are also widely distributed by post on a quarterly basis. L.A.C.C.A.T. training in the workplace.

Training sessions are frequently organised and facilitated within individual establishments for groups of carers. These can be arranged at convenient times and on days that meet the workplace requirements. Due to the diverse experience of the trainers any subject not on the included list of training sessions (within our expertise and resources) will be developed and facilitated.
